Jeff Gallant is an Operating Partner supporting the Healthcare and Technology teams, having joined WCAS in 2008. He is responsible for helping portfolio companies identify and implement operational improvement initiatives through a variety of cost management strategies, including supply chain, procurement, real estate, insurance and healthcare benefits. Jeff also works on diligence for new investments, identifying key operational risks and value creation opportunities. He sits on the WCAS ESG Committee and supports portfolio companies’ sustainability and energy management programs. Before joining WCAS, he worked at Bell Canada as Vice President of Procurement and held various leadership positions at IBM and Baxter Healthcare. Jeff received a B.S. from Miami University and an M.B.A. from DePaul University.
In the community, Jeff mentors under-represented students at the University of Colorado’s Masters in Supply Chain program. Jeff provides guidance and insights, both personally and professionally to prepare students for entry into the workforce. Jeff lives in Boulder, Colorado, with his wife and three children. Jeff and his family are active golfers, skiers, hikers and tennis players.
