Ms. Martin is a General Partner and Chief Financial Officer, having joined WCAS in 2024. Prior to joining WCAS, Ms. Martin served as the Chief Financial Officer at Providence Equity Partners, leading all finance functions including Fund Accounting, Management Company Accounting, Valuation & Strategic Analysis, Tax, and GP Fund Services for various entities. During her 15-year tenure at Providence, she also supported PSG as their Finance Director, collectively managing active commitments of over $45 billion. She originally joined the firm in 2010, and, prior to that, served as a Finance Manager at Bain Capital and as a Senior Accountant at Ernst & Young LLP. Ms. Martin is a Certified Public Accountant and a CFA® charterholder.
