Mr. Rather is a General Partner and a member of the Management Committee, having joined WCAS in 1999. At WCAS, Mr. Rather is responsible for managing the operations of the Firm including finance, investor relations and compliance. Previously, he spent 14 years with the Goelet Investment Office, serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Goelet, Mr. Rather spent three years with Arthur Andersen & Co.
