Josh Sullivan is an Operating Partner and is responsible for helping portfolio companies identify and implement initiatives focused on growth and operational improvement. Josh joined WCAS in 2011 and worked across both Healthcare and Technology teams early in his career and now focuses exclusively on Technology investments. Prior to joining WCAS, he was most recently an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, where he worked for seven years. In addition to McKinsey & Company, he worked at Procter & Gamble as an Operations Manager.
Josh lived with his wife and two children on the Upper East Side of New York City for 20 years before recently leaving the city to move to Rye, New York where he and his family are enjoying the newfound space and tranquility that comes with suburban life. In his spare time, he loves running and golfing and spends as much time as he can watching his children play multiple sports.
