Kate Hastings is an Operating Partner at WCAS focused on our Go to Market practice. Kate joined WCAS in 2021 after nearly six years of leading Insights and Sales Productivity teams at LinkedIn. Prior to LinkedIn, Kate led People Analytics at Gartner and was an Engagement Manager for McKinsey. She graduated from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and has an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Kate and her husband, Tucker, live in Greenwich, Connecticut and have three children. A native of Kennebunk, Maine, Kate and her family spend as much time as possible in Maine and the outdoors.
