Kristin Schroeder, a Talent Operating Partner, partners with WCAS’s technology companies to build world-class leadership teams. She also serves as the firm’s Co-Head of Diversity and Inclusion. Kristin joined WCAS in 2021 and has 15 years of talent experience spanning executive search, corporate recruiting, and talent advisory. Most recently, she served as a Senior Director at Bain & Company, where she led the Private Equity and Financial Services verticals in the Americas for the Bain Executive Network. She was a key architect of Bain’s LeadershipLink solution which translates portfolio company value creation plans into leadership talent strategies. Earlier, she was with Russell Reynolds Associates and The Blackstone Group.
Kristin lives with her husband, two sons and a wild Labrador Retriever in Summit, New Jersey. Outside of work she has proudly earned the additional title of “Hockey Mom” whose responsibilities include operating a car service for her boys.
