Mark Tomaino is an Operating Partner on the Healthcare team and focuses on investments in the healthcare information technology industry, having joined WCAS in 2010. Mark was previously Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at The TriZetto Group. Prior to joining The TriZetto Group, Mark worked at Bausch & Lomb Incorporated in a variety of legal, strategy, and business development roles. Mark received a B.A from the College of the Holy Cross, a J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University, and an M.B.A. from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California at Irvine.
In the community Mark is an avid supporter of the arts, including the Pacific Symphony and Orange County Museum of Contemporary Art. Mark lives with his wife in Newport Coast, California. When he isn’t working Mark is an aspiring golfer and avid cyclist, hiker, and international traveler.
