Mr. Rather is a Senior Advisor, having joined WCAS in 1999. Previously, he spent 14 years with the Goelet Investment Office, serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Goelet, Mr. Rather spent three years with Arthur Andersen & Co.
