Financial Technology (FinTech)
The WCAS Perspective on Financial Technology
With over $1 trillion in annual technology spending, the financial services industry’s demand for innovative software solutions is resilient and increasing
WCAS is investing to drive efficiency and transparency in the financial services industry. Despite being a large, sophisticated user of technology, the industry is often burdened with inflexible legacy systems and outdated processes that struggle to meet changing user expectations, financial market innovation and regulatory demands. We believe these dynamics create significant opportunities for innovative companies.
FinTech Themes We're Excited To Invest Behind
We look forward to partnering with leading enterprises and entrepreneurs who share our mission of improving the financial system to better serve consumers and businesses who rely on asset and wealth managers, insurance companies, banks and other financial service providers.

“The financial industry has more to gain from technology than almost any other sector.”
