Any statements provided by current or past portfolio company executives are provided solely as illustrative examples of such executive’s experience working with WCAS as a business partner. Such statements are directed at owners and executives of prospective portfolio companies we may seek to invest in and are not intended to solicit investors in any investment vehicle we manage. The portfolio companies reflected in these statements do not represent all investments made by WCAS. We have not provided cash or other compensation in exchange for receiving such statements. Any discretion we exercise in the determination of the compensation of our portfolio company executives, or other benefits provided to such executives, is not influenced by whether an executive has provided a favorable statement. Nevertheless, the fact that any statements have been provided by individuals whose compensation we exercise a certain level of control over, or who may receive certain benefits from us, may incentivize them to provide favorable evaluations of their experiences working with us. Certain portfolio company executives are also current or former Operating Partners of WCAS. Please see WCAS’s Form ADV Part 2A filed with the SEC for additional details.
