Sean Hsu is an Operating Associate supporting the Healthcare and Technology teams, having joined WCAS in 2023. Sean works with portfolio companies to execute their Value Maximization Plans and works directly with management teams and Boards to execute strategically important operational initiatives, including organic growth strategies, merger integration, revenue cycle management and business operations to support growth. He is responsible for helping portfolio companies identify and implement operational improvement initiatives through a variety of cost management strategies across supply chain, procurement, commercial operations and data analytics. Sean also supports the operational diligence of new investments and helps ensure the WCAS Resources Group is partnered with our portfolio companies to maximize value.
Before joining WCAS, he was a Strategy & Consulting Manager at Accenture and worked with Healthcare Providers on Strategic Sourcing, Procurement and Operating Models. Sean received a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech.
