CJ Gray is a Vice President in the Healthcare Group, having joined WCAS in 2021. CJ primarily focuses on investments in care delivery but has also invested in companies across healthcare technology and payor services, including WCAS’s investments in EnableComp and Liberty Dental. Prior to joining WCAS, he worked in private equity focusing on Healthcare and other industries at New Mountain Capital and Ares Management. CJ holds a B.A. from the Cornell.

CJ lives in New York City with his wife. When he isn’t working, CJ enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and playing tennis.
