Jennifer Ding is a General Partner at WCAS and helps spearhead the firm’s efforts in Education; governance, risk and compliance; and human capital management technology sectors. She currently serves on the Boards of Absorb Software and LINQ and was previously involved in Intoxalock, Norstella and Clearwater.
Prior to joining WCAS, Jennifer led investments across application and infrastructure software businesses at various stages of growth at Permira and JMI Equity. She was also a consultant at McKinsey & Company and drove business operations at Lytx. Jennifer’s career focus on software and the diversity of roles in the ecosystem allows her to deeply empathize with and support executives in navigating strategic and operational challenges while growing their businesses.
During her leisure time, Jennifer is either attending kids’ activities or going to a dance class, a hobby she has kept up since childhood. She also enjoys getting away to international destinations and indulging in local cuisine and culture.
