Nick O’Leary is a General Partner in the Healthcare Group. He joined WCAS in 2015 and primarily focuses on investments in the pharma value chain. During his tenure, Nick has also invested in companies across healthcare delivery and payor services. He serves on the Boards of Directors of Abzena, AssistRx, Kiniciti and Leiters. Additionally, Nick is a Board Member of the Healthcare Private Equity Association (HCPEA). He was previously involved in former WCAS investments in Concentra, Aptuit, US Acute Care Solutions and CareSource. Prior to joining WCAS, Nick worked at JLL Partners for over six years focusing primarily on healthcare investments. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Merrill Lynch.
Nick attended Washington and Lee University. He lives with his wife and two children in New York City. When he isn’t working, Nick enjoys live music, cooking, skiing and wrangling his young boys.
