Bill Frank is an Operating Partner on the Healthcare team, having joined WCAS in 2014. Bill works with portfolio companies to define and execute their Value Maximization Plans. He works with our management teams to execute strategically important operational initiatives, including organic growth strategies, merger integration, revenue cycle management and business operations. Bill also works on operational diligence of new investments and helps ensure the WCAS Resources Group is partnered with our portfolio companies to maximize value. Before joining WCAS, he was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company and had previously served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. Bill received a B.S. in Biology from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
In the community, Bill is on the Board of Advisors of the Georgetown University Wall Street Alliance, an alumni organization that provides scholarship and mentoring support to current and future Georgetown students. Bill is also a passionate supporter of various organizations supporting veterans and Gold Star families. Bill lives with his wife and four children in New Canaan, CT. When he isn’t working, Bill’s family is active with golf, hockey, skiing and travel.
